If you're keeping the OEM setup and don't care much about performance you won't be sacrificing too much. I noticed mine because I canyon drive the hell out of my Z. For daily commute you'll be alright with the OE suspension. As far as comfort, I've never driven my car with the OEM wheels so I can't add a straight comparison, but I wasn't complaining with the 19's on OEM suspension. It was just when I went the KW route everything flipped 180 degrees.
