Intake is OEM, minus the scoop and filter. I have not read any such issues using these parts together.

anyone know of a way to troubleshoot for a possible bad secondary O2? given the flash, can i just disconect secondary O2 and forget about it?

Try to clean off the MAF with CFR MAF cleaner and have the code cleared. This is most likely your issue and the code should stay off. You do not want to disconect the 02 sensors.
