I care even though I plan to keep and drive mine indefinitely; if something happens to it, the market value determines how much money I will get to replace it, and how much I'll spend to find another good Z4M. For those still paying them off, it determines if they're upside down financially if it's totaled.
It's those of us that
drive them that have something to worry about - the one's gathering dust aren't at risk to Mindy Motormouth and her Cellphone of Doom or her boyfriend Ted the Texting Terror or a host of other risks.
