Got back a response from StopTech that validates my thinking-

They dont think anything is wrong with the brakes and is a function of clockwise tracks and knockback. This would explain why only the driver side outer pad sees it most. Their recommendation is a race hub that is stiffer or just get hun serviced when I am ready.
