I'm glad you finally diagnosed the oversteer problem. While your car is now pretty well dialed-in with the rear bar disconnected, I suspect that it could be even better. You might try softening the rear springs more and more, with the rear bar connected and in the medium position, until you reach the same cornering behavior that you now have. Then fine tune with the rear bar a little stiffer or (more likely) a little looser.

Did you find out what caused your fuel starvation?
