Some lady in an titanium silver e85 3.0i with NY plates cut me off on I-95 near the NY/CT border. Does that count as spotted?

If I were 10 years younger I would've rolled my windows down and hocked a loogie her way, I'm pretty sure with her top down I would've won the carnival prize.
