Yes! We test fit the prototype cats on my Z4M a couple weeks ago. Since then we've made some adjustments, and they should be sent out to California for smog testing shortly.
The cats use a higher concentration of precious metals, and they run the full length of the attachment. Space is tight. Above the stock heat shield is the driveshaft, so there's not room to bend the heat shield upwards for the O2 sensors.
CPI has been creative with the positioning of the O2 sensors. It has required some labor on their part to get everything to fit, including capping the pre-drilled hole for the O2 bung, drilling a new one further downstream, and rewelding it at a different angle.
Here's a picture of the prototype prior to the most recent adjustments. This is a prototype built to test function; the production model will be cleaner.
