Agreed, from M3forum reading. If they have a powdercoat option, that might help. They could be bought and powdercoated and still end up much less that boutique wheels cost up front - and those probably have a painted finish...
I vote a definite
for the style too. Even if they aren't a cold forged, F1-strong wheel, the V701 was a definite consideration for me too with the less common but really nice style.
