I have 245/275 Dunlop Star spec as well. from my experience, they seem to like 39/38 (f/r hot). 33 will wear out the side wall super fast.

Having a little higher PSI than stock in the front will help minimize understeering and protect tire side wall. What I usually do is: first find the psi that will prevent eating into the front size wall, then adjust the rear to go with the front PSI. Too grippy in the back does not help the car rotate, rather it introduces more understeering. I found 39psi is the best for front side wall protection and rear 38psi best to rotate the car with the front.
