so i finally got the hose, and fitted it today.... good god.... nightmare is not the word....
Its all in however and looks fantastic, once i got over the paranoid person i am and accepted that everything was ok and i didn't F-up and drop some mysterious object in the new intake pipe, i fired her up (wish i wouldn't torture myself like i do).

The new pipe is 150% better quality in every single way, once i'd got the ess supplied one out i soon realised i was doing a good thing here, its was literally falling to bits, while all the intake was off i inspected the impeller and im pleased to say its in perfect condition.

Right at the very end... a plastic clip sprung off into the depths of my engine bay :-( i was very disappointed lol and searched for around 3 hours for it!!! nope its long gone!!!
all in all the new pipe was pretty difficult to work with due to its stiffness, really looks nice and has excellent heat repelling properties Very pleased.

i will get the car out of storage now i think as our winter seems to be leaving nice and Early, and get some nice pics as per your request :-)

hows things going your side????? :-)
