I'd say 0w-40 or 5w-40 then. Whichever one you can find in stock. OEM, Mobil 1, Castrol Edge or Motul 8100 Xcess are the ones I see BMW guys using. Turner also sells the Motul 6100 Synergie 10w-40 for our car, but I haven't seen anyone on here use it.
