Take a fender roller to the rear fender and you should be fine.
My street setup is a 245/275 19" Nt05 setup, I have no problems with rubbing even with the car slammed. As soon as I put the NT01s on with a square shoulder I was getting bad rub in the rear, ended up cutting out the fender liners and flaring the fenders a bit with the Eastwood Fender rolling. No more rub.
