This is how people park in Chicago. A "city car" typically has destroyed bumpers. I HATED parking on the street when we lived in the city. My wife's car, which she uses to go to work in the city with, has jacked up bumpers. One has a huge crack in it. But there's no reason to fix it, will just be destroyed the next day.
