Thanks. I was aware of the stretched bolts, but wasn't sure if it was 100° total.
In an effort to answer my own question, I thought the bottom reinforcement plate was
59Nm +90°, so I looked that up for comparison.
Hmmm.
According to this I'm 30° short, and I don't think I tightened the rear first.
I get the feeling the gauge only goes 90°, so that's why it's spec'ed in 2 parts.
