So I have decided to have two sets of wheels.... one set of bbs e88

and I am going to go with the new volk ze40...as is rather common with ray's they do not offer a lot of options with regards to widths/offsets.

here is what is available for 5x120

18x8.5 +50
18x8.5 +30
18x9.5 +50
18x9.5 +40
18x9.5 +20
18x10.5 +20

I was thinking 18x8.5 et 30 front and then 18x10.5 et 20 rear is the rear going to fit is the biggest question? a shop in Japan (as I am getting them direct from Japan it cuts down on cost by almost half) said the rear would not fit and hit the inside of the body.

but using the offset calculator for the rear it will only be 9mm less inner clearance to the strut housing for sure that will be ok wont it? a couple of shops in north america said the distributor (i assume its mackin recommends 10.5 rear for our "M's")

anyone have any thoughts on which to choose?
