Just curious to know what spring rates some of you are using. Can you specify

1) Chassis and motor (roadster vs coupe, m54/n52/s54)
2) Which coilover brand?
3) What size springs and rates front/rear?
4) Is your car track only or street & track?
5) What kind of events and how many events per year? (ie, auto-x, DE, TT, club racing)
6) Are you using aftermarket swaybars?

Trying to get a better understanding of what rates people are using and what they find to be most effective (given the type of driving they do).
