drilling from the bottom doesn't bother me, the car is that low its impossible to see the bolt hardware, infact i think it would be more visible from the side.
i just want to know how easy is it to drill, as from experience drilling into a steel pipe isn't easy without it being done via a bench drill, usually with a hand drill it will walk all over the place and make mess.
