Update - went for a long city drive yesterday. Plenty of stops and starts. I couldn't stop grinning about the dramatic change in shifting speed and smoothness.

Yep, it's fantastic when you can find a little (and easy) thing like this that provides such an improvement! Proving that a really good mod doesn't need to be expensive (or extensive).
