This is not something we have direct experience with, but we know that the 18x9.5" ET22 can work with a 255/35/18 if you are willing to modify your fenders and dial in negative camber. It is quite aggressive and requires a lot of negative camber (more than negative 3 degrees). The 265/35/18 would require more negative camber, and possibly a fender roll as well.
