Wanted to update this in case anyone was wondering about check engine light with the O2 spacers.
First drive with the car after the headers went on the check engine light came on within 100km (Inefficiency Bank 1 and 2 Post-cat Lambda sensor) , and every time I cleared it, would come on every ~50km after that initial CEL.
After a few weeks I went back and decided to put even more restriction into the spacer by adding steel wool inside (The J-Pipe is hollow other than the restrictor opening at the end). Engine light did not return until after a track day and about 150km of driving (It did however achieve readiness for Emissions within this period of time). And after clearing it, now comes on again every ~50km.
I am still determined to make this work however, and will update as it goes on if there is interest.
