As pointed out below, be sure to use red loctite
what intgr8r said is spot on, do NOT completely remove the top bolt, it is an absolute PAIN to try and realign the bolt holes properly. just loosen (i made the ar-tard mistake of taking out the top bolt...) and slide the washers and bolts in. locktite is a must!
