The OE bolts are 20mm, so with the added 2 washers it is threaded in to the same point.
IMO shim stock is overkill.
With manufacturing tolerances, both sides will never be equal.
To fine tune the camber it will still need adjusting at the top.

You wouldn't happen to know if the thread pitch on these bolts are 1.25mm, 1.5mm, or 1.75mm, would you?
