Call the dealer and ask for a male verado steering fitting. Any one (straight / 90 degree / bulkhead), as they all have a 14 x 1.5 mm thread. You can cut off the half you don't use.
I'd buy the bulkheads I had listed for $15 in the link, make 4 fittings, and sell 3 for $20 each....
But I am a cheap SOB.
