Personally, I'd say $1500-$1800 with tires.....at least that's what used M5 (#166) wheels/tires typically go for in decent shape. I'm not sure if the ///M wheels for the the Z4 are in high demand like the M5 wheels are though.
The way I see it is ask the guy how much he'd pay for em and if YOU think it's fair then who really gives a sh!t what fair market price is? Just make sure you're happy with the deal.
