I for one would be happy with the possible gain that adding the 3 stage manifold and ecu tune gives on the standard N52 "I", I will know more in spring, however an SI owner may really want to up the anti with this kit,


now if this takes off I imagine spin offs will happen and they will come out with possibly a kit that does not require meth/H2O and this may show that the car will perform just fine with 6 psi heck we don’t even know numbers yet.

just for note, they have found that the SMART car can take over 15 pounds of boost without issue and that on stock internals and that deff does not have forged internals.

but I’m wondering what are the big differences between the n52 and the n54? Are they also magnesium/aluminum or just a different head with forged components? either way it’s nice to see something new happen for the n52's as we have been left out in the cold.

if things progress and this shows good response with the n52's in the 3 series realm then by goodness their will hopefully be a new market for n52 based cars.
