Hmm, that's kinda weird.
All the items are easy to DIY if you have the time/skills.
For sure I'd do:
brake fluid (BMW recommends this annually)
coolant (see my DIY)
Diff fluid (this is incredibly simple,)
air filter is easy to inspect if you want to look at it before ordering/replacing.
oil, sounds like it's due anyways
And you're pretty much done with Inspection II.
