It's a lot more midrange , the torque is more of an increase from VT-1 to VT-2 525 than it was going from stock to VT-1. They also did a very nice job with the throttle mapping and making the tune smoother. It is however a very expensive upgrade charge for an intercooler a tune and an oil cooler . I wish I was stock then the VT-2 525 is a fantastic value , but the upgrade not so much. I really wanted to run intercooled bc of the severe heat soak on track due to high IAT's with my VT-1 so I didn't have a choice. Even with a M6 oil cooler which kept my oil temps down to 230 range , having IAT's near 200 towards the end of a session would rob 6 mph off my straight speed. Now that my car is running correctly I will post a track review after this coming weekend at Roebling Road. I needed a better fuel pump with my setup , ESS claims that it is not necessary though .
