People do make sleeve kits for the stealth that work for the E46 M3 fuel basket which i believe is very similar to ours if you want a plug and play solution. seems like a GREAT bang for the buck. It replaces the stock in-tank OEM pump? Looks like you get it installed for under $600 out the door, or do myself
