Ron, there appears to be a 2nd style of pop rivet without the beveled edge (middle one in the post you linked to). The PN is 51717002953.
I came across it while dismantling the underbody cover. There are two of these securing this metal tab underneath (#25 in the following diagram):

They are identical to the rivets that were holding my bumper to the wheel well lining, and measure 20mm across.
