Could you measure the width of the 4 rivets on the inside of the front wheel well, fastening the wheel well lining to the front bumper?

I'd like to know if it's 15mm or 20mm.
The 20 mm ones are these blind rivets, which is what I found on my car. However, I think the previous owner had the original bumper resprayed, so I don't know if these were the same ones used from the factory. I was told by the parts person at my dealership that they should be these push-pin rivets, which are 15mm wide and match the ones shown in mister_roger's DIY. However, I'm not sure if the M's use the same ones.
I ordered the latter (the blind rivets are single-use), but they almost seem a little small for the holes and don't seem to secure as tightly as the blind rivets that were there before. |
All 20mm on mine, bumper never removed.
