No, since it is used (I hope with ~4.5K miles on it and an '06) you would not get the inscentives.
They would sell a new roadster for >10K off invoice so price the one they are selling, make your statement and hope for the best, they might have paid more for it in trade in and be less willing to negotiate than on a new car where they get a 7.5K inscentive.
