Also the transmission mount doesn't need a lot of stiffening up. There is very (very!) little weight on them. Maybe 10kg or so..
95% of the total weight rests on the engine mounts.

I've used some generic vibration dampers (40x30mm, m8 thread) and 2 rings to space it up and that was just enough. Costs like $10 or so for the pair....


the old ones are a bit bigger/wider, but the rubber is softer.

If you get bolt through dampers there is no damping of noise at all.
If you don't want a diy solution on the cheap, get the rogue transmission mounts:

If you want to stiffen up the shifting, you should stiffen up the rear bushing that sits between the shifter frame and the chassis. that is a very soft bushing.
