I actually did purchase the side reflectors and had them painted to match. After weighing the options, it would have been more cost effective to do it this way rather than have the holes filled in. It would have cost a lot more to do so (as with the washer holes). As much as I would have liked to have a clean bumper look, it doesn't really bother me to have the painted circles showing.
