I think he just meant that bad batteries
in BMWs can cause stange issues, not necessarily OEM batteries. I've experienced some of this phenomenon. Before I knew I never would have thought the issues I had would be caused by a bad battery. I don't know what your issue is but I'd guess 1 or 3. Good luck and I hope you get it sorted quickly and easily!
