The Fronts will swap just fine, with the M wheels extending out an extra 5mm. I'm worried about the rears though. They will extend out an extra 26mm, plus the beefier tires will add another 1" to the diameter. Will I run into any rubbing issues on the rear?

I'm sure this has been done, so if anyone has pictures that would be appreciated.

I just did this on my 2003 z4 3.0L Sport. Stock z4M type 224 wheels can be swapped with your style 107 wheels using stock Z4 3.0L tires staggered. What will probably cause some rubbing issue, if if you use the 224 M wheels with stock Z4 M tires on your non-M. SO the answer is :

Swap 224 wheels with your 107 and use the stock tire sizes you have right now on your 107's. This will keep the wheel diameter the same. The offset is slightly more aggressive so your rear wheels will sit flush with the fender, looks great. I love them
