Damn, sorry to hear that. Hope you will get the car back in great shape or get proper conpensation for it.
Yeah, I am pretty lucky to live in a decent neighborhood and usually don't lock my car (and even my house). I have to be more cautious because it is pretty crazy out there and definitely don't want to give the bad guys any opportunity.
