Driving a 06 3.0 si. I wanted a little more sound from a sport car so I thought I would do the same thing I did with my 03 2.5, Change the exhaust.
The 2.3 I had removed the resonators and replaced with a flowmaster double in double out muffler. Cut out the rear muffler and in place welding in straight pipes and new tips. Sound was perfect for me. Sorry that car was traded for the current car so I have no sound bites.
But the 06 I now drive I set up a little different. I removed the two small resonators and installed 18" class packs in place of the resonators. Again cutting out he rear muffler and addin new tips.
