There are a certain set of keywords that triggers a more favorable treatment, from just about anybody. Ramon's keywords are:
"My instructor with BMW CCA," "club racer friend," and "race car."
Figure out how to use all three phrases in a sentence in Ramon's presence and watch his ear perk up...Or maybe he'll launch into a diatribe. Who knows.
