Reducing 5lbs of rotational unsprung mass is *huge*.
It makes a huge difference to handling acceleration and braking.
I know 5lbs doesn't sound like much, but once you've experienced it you see what the fuss is all about.
I'm looking at light weight forged rims (19") that weigh 21(fr) & 22(rr) lbs.
Couple that with lighter tires like PS2s....
I'm looking at shaving 34lbs(min) of rotational unsprung mass.
It pays huge performance dividends.
Weight & strength are the key factors for me in wheel selection.
JM2C, but isn't that what the M series is about..... performance?
I know that's why I bought mine.
