Best budget coilover is Fortune, else get springs and shocks. How often do you really adjust height (camber changes with height)? Because if you do I bet you're not getting it aligned every time. If going low is your goal plenty of springs out there that will get the job done.

Megans have a fine reputation in the Japanese aftermarket crowd. Is their quality actually worse for their BMW coilovers? I was looking at them too because they are only $699 on ebay ($899 regular price I believe).
Fortune is considered a budget coilover nowadays? Sheesh, they are more expensive than H&Rs which is probably at the top end of my budget.
