Springs are pretty straight forward. Removed the wheel, remove all the bolts from the arm, sway bars, etc. that attach to the coil. Remove the 3 engine bay nuts, pull out the entire spring/strut combo (front). Use a spring compressor and then unbolt the top hat, replace spring, replace top hat, replace strut.

Rears: Remove wheel, release e-brake, unbolt shock, step on the control arm and pull out the spring, make sure to put upper/lower rubber grommets back onto new spring in same orientation, again step on arm to get spring in then release.

I dont have pictures, bolts sizes or anything but its quite simple. Coilovers would be even simpler because you just replace the whole strut, only thing with coils is the rears will take probably 2 or 3 times longer then the front because you have to unbolt the OEM rear shock, which is a pain to get to.
