ZPOST - View Single Post - BMW OEM MkIV Navigation System firmware update

I've downloaded all of the various software, started UltraISO, but I can't seem to locate NAV_SW.mdf anywhere on my hard drive to extract. Can somebody tell me what folder I should find this in?
