You can run with a 19X9.5" rear wheel with a 35 offset. On my last set of wheels (Miro Type 366s) i ran a 19X8.5" front and 19X10" rear with a 35 offset all around. I recall someone running a 32 offset in the rear.
Keep in mind that these measurements are with 265/30/19 rear tires.
