I have a set of BC Forged RS31. I got them on group buy for a lot less than $1k/wheel. I'm very satisfied with the purchase... so much so that I don't want to put anything but fully forged wheels on my cars again. Check out PYSpeed.
There's a huge difference in paint quality with a color like the BC Forged "brushed black", as compared to standard shades of gray (anthracite, gunmetal, etc.).
