What years does this affect? How can BMW refuse to fix something if it is under warranty? If it is something that happens intermittently, can they deny you service just because it doesn't happen to the tech when they take the car out for a test drive? How does replacing the steering assembly and motor fix it? Won't the same thing happen to the new equipment or did they redesign the assembly and motor?
