I had to use a gear puller.
Had to cut the 2 big grommets that the shafts come though in order to get the puller behind the arms.
New part comes with those, so it wasn't that big of a deal, just a PITA.
Had to touch up the paint on one of the arms that got scratched when the puller slipped.
