In my opinion the size of the dealer should not be so important in your decision, except if you have a warranty directly related to this dealer.
The most important is to check the car, exactly the same way as if you were buying a car in a big dealer or to a private seller: clean history, general aspect of the car, mechanical inspection, no accident...
Nothing particularly related to this dealer, except the feeling you have with it!
