60000 miles is usually the end of fluid life with bmw "lifetime" fluid. I used royal purple synchromax on an E46 330i and its great. Havent done my Z due to low mileage but will. Youll need about 1.5 liters and new washers. I must be the only forum member that loves the stock clutch with no cdv delete. Perfect bite 1/2 way up the travel.
