thats the thing with aftermarket manifolds.... bmw spend millions and millions on working out where heat is leaving the manifold right down to the shape....

i know for a fact... the aftermarket just simply CANT apply this level of detail....

as well as being free flowing the headers have to disperse heat and a certain way and equal way at that.....
Yep. Started the summer after I put the AA's in. Didnt notice the first fall because of lower ambient temps, but in the heat of summer it would expand the fluid enough to bubble out of the windshield washer nozzles. The AA's were real reflective too, maybe that was a contributing factor to radiating the heat.
