At least you have inspection 2 out of the way. Mine needed it soon after I bought it. $1700 including front end alignment and an AC belt.
Watch out for the vanos bolts. That ran me $900.

Great feedback on the price! It sounds like $22,000 would be a good price, maybe even $21,000. KBB puts this car at $22,384 for Fair, $24,384 for Good, $25,084 for Very Good, and $25,684 for Excellent. I'd rate it between Good and Very Good.
I'll definitely look into the VANOS bolts.
